REJUVENATION PACKAGES

REGENERATIVE THERAPY (Sukha chikilsa)

This programme is a scientific blend of herbal medicine, customized massages, and ayurvedic diet and yoga therapy. It is mainly meant for healthy people to maintain health and also good for those with complaints like insomnia, hypertension, diabetes, gastric complaints, joint pain etc., It includes Warrier’s Sukha thirummu, pizhichil, dhara, vasti, njavarakizhi, yoga and meditation session etc.

REJUVENATION THERAPY (Rasayana Chikilsa)
This treatment includes body massage with hand and foot by two therapists using medicated oil and cream, internal rejuvenative medicines and medicated steam bath. This therapy is for 90 minutes to 2 hours per day for 7 to 14 days. This therapy is to rejuvenate, mind, body and soul, to tone up skin, to strengthen systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.

BODY PURIFICATION THERAPY (Shodhana Chikilsa)
Panchakarma treatments are designed to get rid of toxins from the body, and rebuild and rejuvenate it. The 15 days package includes body massage, snehapanam, Nasyam, virechanam (Medicated purgative), snehavasthi, dhara, pizhichil, njavarakizhi, karnapooranam, tharpanam, sirovasthi, steam bath according to the patient’s body constitution .It enhances your immunity and rejuvenates your nervous system.

BODY IMMUNIZATION / LONGEVITY TREATMENT (Kayakalpa Chikilsa)
This is the prime treatment in Ayurveda for reducing ageing process, arresting the degeneration of the body cells and activating immune system. Giving Rasayana (Very special Ayurvedic Medicine) internally is the main process in this programme, which is based on the panchakarma treatment. The 28-day package programme includes body massage, snehapanam, virechanam, Nasyam, snehavasthi, dhara, pizhichil, njavarakizhi, tharpanam, sirovasthi, karnapooranam and medicated steam bath. This treatment is highly effective if taken before the age of 60 for either sex.

JEEVA CHAITHANYA CHIKITHSA
This revolutionary method is a series of treatment procedures, which extends usually for 14 days. In this special package, the chance of forthcoming diseases is diagnosed and treatment is given in advance, so that the disease can be prevented. This is achieved by activating body’s immune system. Our group of physicians after examining the patient to determine the “Prakrithi”, prescribe the treatment according to the patient’s body constitution.

The patient will be introduced to the cleansing power of panchakarma, ayurvedic approach of diet and life style, herbal medicines and enriching potential of yoga. The diet and routine is based on “Ruthu Charya” (Life style according to the seasonal changes) and “Dina Charya” (Daily routine) according to Ayurvedic texts. SUPPLEMENTARY HEALTH CARE PACKAGES

SLIMMING PROGRAMME
This includes two types of massages. (a) Medicated herbal powder massage
(b) Medicated herbal oil massage and steam bath. This two massages will be given for 28 days. Besides that, herbal juices and medicines are administered internally along with a strictly followed ayurvedic diet and yoga therapy.

BEAUTY CARE PROGRAMME
In this programme herbal face pack, herbal cream massage, medicated steam bath, in take of herbal medicine are included. This treatment increases the skin complexion, skin tone and beautifies the body figure.

RELAXATION THERAPY
This treatment includes relaxation massage, pizhichil, dhara, snehavasthi, njavarakizhi and yoga lasting for 3 to 30 days. It gives full relaxation to the mind and body.

YOGA AND MEDITATION
Yoga gives the energy to lead life fully and with enjoyment. Asana (Yogic Postures) and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) will enliven the body, help to cure by itself and calms the mind. Many common physical ailments and defects including chronic disorders can be improved by the practice of Yoga Postures. They work on specific areas of the body such as joints, liver, kidneys and heart. The movements and extentions in the postures have a profound effect on their functions. The body is oxygenated and filled with healthy blood, decongested and rested. Stamina, lung capacity, heart performance, muscle tone, circulation and respiration all improve.

Meditation (Dhyana), one of the eight limbs of yoga helps to improve concentration and will enable the patient to develop discipline and self-awareness. Through meditation, inner peace can be experienced.
